Research On Contribution About China's Vocational Education To Economic Growth Of Manufacturing Industry

As the main industry of our economy, manufacturing industry has made great development since the reform and opening-up began. At the same time of maintaining the overall economy growing, manufacturing industry faces the situation of high-skilled talents shortage, and this has seriously hampered the further development of the manufacturing industry. So, how to develop vocational education and how to provide high-skilled talents that matches the manufacturing industry development has become important strategic need to be solved immediately.With the coming of knowledge economy, as an input factor, human capital has becomes an important factor which affecting economic growth gradually. Therefore, the research on the manufacturing industry's demands of high-skilled talents and forecast and contribution about China's human capital of vocational education for economic growth in manufacturing industry has great theoretical and practical significance.The thesis combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, analyzed China's manufacturing industry's demands to vocational education, and drawn the conclusion that China's manufacturing industry faces the situation of high-skilled talents shortage, and vocational education must adapt to the requirements of the manufacturing industry's development. Profited from traditional labor input model, the thesis improved the model and empirically analyzed the vocational education's contribution to the growth of the manufacturing industry. Use the methods of comparison, summarize and so on, and profited from developed countries experience that vocational education promotes manufacturing industry growth, the thesis summarized some useful inspirations for our vocational education development. Lastly, against the situation of China's manufacturing industry and vocational education, raised the policy recommendations of developing vocational education, training high-skilled talents and promoting the development of the manufacturing industry.
