| Steel is a base material both in manufacturing and daily life. Iron and steel enterprise, as an important industry, has respect to the national economy and the people's livelihood. In our country, in respect of low modernized extent, comparatively low efficiency and imperfect function, steel logistics couldn't meet the needs of steel manufacturing and commercial development of steel products. Compared with foreign logistic enterprises within firm scale , benefit, logistic technology and management level, a bunch of problems that need to be solved immediately still exist in local domestic logistic enterprises.Speak of the study on sales logistics of steel enterprises in our country currently, in term of the production logistics and purchasing logistics in which many research results have been brought, either strategy and tactics 's planning or systemic feasible proposal is short. Based on the research about the iron and steel enterprise and logistic mode thereof, the characteristics, current situation and development trend in the sales logistics of steel enterprises is analyzed in this issue,By integrating sale mode of steel enterprises with sale logistics mode ,a sale logistics mode adaptable to steel enterprises is raised, mode frameworks and work flow also is analyzed.In term of steel, as for the two key problems which are transporting and storing, research has been done from transport management and stock control. Dispatching center & steel processing have taken a great place in steel circulation gradually, and meanwhile, the function and work flow of dispatching center is analyzed.Finally, taking Chongqing Iron &Steel Co.Ltd for example, the mode in the sales logistics, from the framework, the operational flow, the transporting to storing thereof, are optimized. |
