With the development of economy and society, the ageing of population is growing, and aging society will become the destination of all the countries. What the government and the whole society have to do is to develop the ageing industries and thus meet the growing needs of the elderly in material and spirit. Playing an important part in the ageing industries, the tourism industry has a broad market, but it has not yet developed fully to keep up with the development of economy and society at present. The main reason is that the government and the enterprises haven't paid enough attention to it and the obstacles in systems and market development are still existed. The essential contradictions of the senior tourists lie between the demand and supply of the tourism products. It is believed that expanding the tourism marketing is the key to this problem.Situated in ageing society, based on the theories of marketing and management, with empirical research, a series of marketing strategies in Guangzhou senior tourists market are included in this paper, where the situation of the ageing population, the marketing opportunities, the environment and the existed problems of the senior tourists market and the characteristics of the senior consumption are analyzed as well.This paper has arrived at the following conclusions. First, the senior tourists is a market with huge potentialities, and the senior tourists enterprises are facing broad prospects. However, the desire of consumption of the senior needs arousing and instructing. Second, the senior tourists enterprises must attach importance to the development of marketing tools, in particular the product and the sale channel strategies, that's to say, the design and innovation for the senior tourists product is an imperative, and as the product distribution channels, the senior services organizations must be given enough concern. These conclusions can help the tourists enterprises to understand the senior tourists market properly, so as to make or improve the marketing strategies based on the actual situation. Therefore, this paper can offer a certain reference guide to develop and expand the senior tourists market to some extent.
