The purposes of building corporate culture are to have a good atmosphere in the enterprise and a good reputation among peers. A company in the leading position in an industry must have an excellent corporate culture. This article is a research report of such a company, the China Overseas Property Group Co., Ltd., which has an excellent corporate culture.First, the author analyzed the situation of the corporate culture and found a method to achieve the goals of building the corporate culture of Chinese enterprises. Secondly, the author used the method of combining theories and empirical research, used modern management theories and the results of corporate culture research to analyze the corporate culture in the China Overseas Property Group Co., Ltd. Finally, through a process of analysis, investigation, research, demonstrations, and combining with the status quo of the current market, the author established the general rules that China Overseas Property Co., Ltd. should follow for building corporate culture and the constraints the company is facing when building its corporate culture. At the same time, the author put forward the method to build corporate culture for China Overseas Property Co., Ltd.Although this paper gives an analysis and some countermeasures for a national real estate company in building corporate culture, for other national real estate companies and enterprises aspiring to become national real estate companies, it also provides a very good reference.
