Food and our everyday life are closely related, therefore, the society has always been concerned about the quality and safety level of food. For a food company, quality is the key to its survival and any further development. In this essay, we take sauce and vinegar the sample of our analysis. We have chosen five sauce and vinegar produce enterprises in the city of YinChuan. Our focus is on inspecting their quality control processes, finding and analyzing existing problems, as well as providing relevant solutions to their management.On the basis of the quality management concepts, theories, methods and a brief overview of the history of development, the analysis focused on the sauce and vinegar product quality standards. The author also took the investigation of Yinchuan's sauce and vinegar manufacturer quality control situation, summarized Its main problems, mainly focuses below, such as the unenlightened concept of quality, low level of standardization, imperfect quality control method, poor application of quality management tools, low-quality training of employees, low participation, imperfect quality management system and so on. By comparing of the well-known domestic sauce and vinegar produce enterprises' quality management, the successful experiences and effective practices, the paper pointed out the direction that Yinchuan's sauce and vinegar produce enterprises how to improve the quality of management, and to put out a series of countermeasures, including strengthening the awareness of the quality of operation, implementation of Standardized management, enhance staff training for the quality control of the production process, taking the quality management system certification, and so on. Consequently, we can take this paper as a reference of how to continually improvement the quality of Yinchuan's sauce and vinegar produce enterprises management, market competitiveness and enhance the healthy development of them.
