Study On Risk Management Of Hua Shan Road Opened Up Project During Construction Phase

With China's entry into WTO and international architecture market,Chinese construction project will face many risks in the constructing process.This paper will be based on risk study by the home and foreign scholars,make a study on the constructing risk management combining with the constructing risk character of construction project.The process of risk analysis will be on the main theme of this paper.This paper is built on the basis of the newest-edition risk management demand that the code of construction project management will be built,and will give an example that the constructing risk management will be met when Hua Shan road is opened.Through the constructing risk analysis,risk classification,risk estimation,making use of AHP method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment method,this paper will make an assessment of the whole project risk and put forward the constructing risk management pattern of construction project and risk tactics and risk control.
