Compensation management has managed enthusiasm and initiative being able to have an effect to arouse an employee as one kind , has urged an employee to make great efforts to attain enterprise's objectives , has improved performance of enterprises administration thought having strategy significance and method , has got more and more seriously attention now.The author takes that the now available PG company compensation management system and method as foundation , administrative relevance theory sets off from compensation payment, lays stress on the rationality, excitation that compensation management , shows solicitude for actual need of employee , emphasizes that compensation system adaptability reaches and human resources management other function system integrating in compensation system design.
