| The competitions between modern enterprises lie in talents competitions, talents decide the basic motive force for enterprises developing continuously. So, talents cultivation and contention has become important components in enterprise's development strategy, therefore, has drawn the attention of people to brain drain and brain drain phenomenon.Liaoning Province is a large national old industrial bases, but its economy development is relatively backward with its unbecoming one, and an important reason to this situation is its serious brain drain problem. With private economy proportion is more and more larger in national economy, private scientific and technological enterprises gradually become the main department for economic growth and talents concentrated, thus, the brain drain of Liaoning Province more and more reflects as the brain drains of private scientific and technological enterprises. The aggravation of private S&T enterprise's brain drain, on one hand, restrict enterprises' storing continuing and development, become hard wound and bottleneck in private S&T enterprise's evolution, on the other hand, even restrict the Liaoning's competitiveness in national economy. So, the needs of practice make the brain drain problem become one of the important subjects and problems badly in need of solution that a great deal of Liaoning private S&T enterprises facing.Through summarizing forefathers' research results and definition of relevant concepts, This thesis perfects the factors of brain drain countermeasure, using modeling method to analyze. This thesis proposes that the social economic, the relevant factors of organization and work, and individuals are the main factors causing private S&T enterprise's brain drain. |
