With the fast development of modern technology and economic globalization, the key to win competition among enterprises is talented staff. Sales staffs are given more and more attention to training, which is a part of corporate human resources. However, training effectiveness evaluation of salesman is lack. The reason for this is that training effectiveness due to the character of lag and indirect is difficult to be calculated and an effective theoretical guidance is lack. So many enterprises have established a sound effectiveness evaluation system of training. The research on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the salesman training undoubtedly has its significant scientific value and realistic importance.The purpose of this paper is to design an evaluation system to evaluate the training of the salesman which applies to China's enterprises according to the feature of the salesman and to be used to evaluate the training of the salesman scientifically and accurately. The paper sets up salesman training effectiveness evaluation index system suit to our company based on Kirkpatrick four-hierarchy evaluation model, and research particularly of authority distribution and evaluation method of each index. The model of this paper has strong practicality, and it can evaluate salesman training effectiveness correctly.This paper includes five parts: the first chapter is foreword part, it expounds the meaning of this problem, research context, thinking and methods; in the second chapter, and it defines some concepts and gives some theory, and then introduces many models of evaluation of the training effectiveness. The third, it investigates the actuality of our salesman training effectiveness evaluation and analyze the reason. The forth part, the paper puts forward index system of salesman training effectiveness evaluation, and detail research of evaluation means, and than it gives the safeguard measures. The fifth chapter, it gives the empirical study on the model set up in the forth part.
