In the 21th century, enterprise competition not only is capital and technology, but also human resource is more and more important. The human resource competition is depend on human capital increment. Training is most effective way for human capital increment. More and more enterprise pay attention to training. But with enterprise invest training continuously, Is training investment effective? The training effectiveness is more and more important. Leoni cable company have meet the same problem:training effectiveness evaluation weakness.The article investigate training and training effectiveness evaluation by the way of investigation in leoni cable company. With the direction is the theory of training and training effectiveness evaluation, referring to training management work in leoni cable company. The article analyses factor of training effectiveness evaluation by AHP, and sure the important grade of these factor,. Then for the training problem of leoni cable company, the author make improvement measure in analysing training demand, choosing training object, selecting training method, training the trainer, improving training effectiveness evaluation. and improve training system. We wish to enhance training management in leoni cable company by the research of article, and let the training management go into a good circle.
