Recycl cling economy will integrate economic development withenvironme- ntal protection. It means a friendly use of natural resources and environment capacity for the realization of economic and ecological development. The cy- clic economy as a new economic development model , its orderly developm- ent needs the sup- port of relevant laws and the establishment of an inviable economic law has been the cycle of delay.Jiangxi Province's economic development is relatively backwar problem of deteriorating ecological environment and the shortage of resources will also be followed. In order to achieve the sustainable developmen of Jiang- xi, we will take the road of the economic cycle as an inevitabl choice Jiangxi Provin- ce has issued series of laws and regulations, but on the norms of legaleconomy cycle , it needs to develop a cyclical economic gaps in basic local legislative status.
