Now a day, the world famous insurance giants have landed in China since China Insurance Industrial has entered a comprehensive open time. China Insurance industry has competed intensively in China developing period. Both of China Insurance industry annual growth rate and the Life Insurance premiums are 15 percent and 30 percent, which showed the rapid expansion of china's insurance market momentum. Also it showed that the all the insurance companies had too many difficulties to cope with HR Strategic reserve personnel.To improve the overall quality of employees in insurance, in case to enhance insurance practitioners' market competitiveness ability in the insurance market will be the most important task for the insurance companies' high-level management's strategic planning. In fact, not only the insurance companies' management need to trainings, but also the insurance practitioners who work in the forefront of the market desired for more training in different field. It is clear that, contradictions are obvious since the individual insurance agent and the business of marketing. To investigate the reasons, the origin of insurance agents is extremely complex in the competitive market. And the main body of insurance market is increasing quickly. All kinds of insurance agencies and the insurance edge of the financial institutions also hurry to talents keeping, as the results; the qualified insurance talents are dramatic short for the insurance markets. So that, it shows that the high qualified insurance talents are abnormal needed in the insurance market.The current insurance market is basically in an early stage of development, which is the insurance products and the insurance companies' leading market, from the consumer's relatively passive and non-rational consumption. The future of China's insurance market is very broad, and it also promotes the development of relevant industries. The insurance industry's self development will remain to be excessive speed with the international insurance market and the process of globalization. But there will combine some kinds of inevitable problems. However, the main dominant factor is people in the insurance market, so that for insurance practitioners' education, training, supervision, organizing will become increasingly important.In the over tens of years of insurance history, insurance companies' training has been worked out as a set of specific form material. It is playing very important role in the insurance companies developing and growth. However, it also exposed the inadequacies in the process of development. In the control of training aspect and the training system we still get gaps with excellent domestic and foreign enterprises.In this assignment, it is analysis various aspects of the business team, in the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of training. The assignment used human resources and training theory to develop the business training system solutions. These include: the insurance company operations team training and strategy for the development of design, training needs analysis system, organization and implementation of the training system, effective feedback system to assess the results into building and training of protection.
