Training is an important tool in human resource management in modernenterprises. It was important for enterprise development. But in different industriesTraining Systems are different because of their operational characteristics. TrainingSystem can be learned from other industries, but can’t do it as its all.Real estate agency industry is an important links in the national economy, andcannot be replaced. But in some real estate agencies, there were no training system.Even there has training in the real estate agency, it hard to be implemented. Becausesales is the first in these companies. There are more seasons for training can’t beimplemented. The first one is that training could not be recognized by managers. Andthere are some other reasons, such as training system was not suitable, or companycould not get more profit after training and so on.Tianjin Centaline Property Company’s training system is the research object inthis chapter. By analysis industry features, training theory and company actualsituation, the company established its own training system. This training systemincludes company training system and business department training system. Deeplyresearching on the course, training plan, trainer, trainee, assessment and statistics, tobuild a right training system for Tianjin Centaline Property Company. Moreover,setting up the rules of the management that trainer selected, inspiring, assessment andso on. At the end of the chapter, there were some suggestions for training systemimprovement by actions of training. This chapter can give some help for not onlyTianjin Centaline Property Company, but also real estate agency industry.
