In China,The use of ERP is not so good. The success rate is low. According to related statistics, there was only 10% to 20% of cases which planed to run ERP effectively on time and under budget. Furthermore, most of them were foreign investments. ERP has used in chinese for nearly twenty years. In these years, the focus of comments about ERP is why the use of ERP was not so successful and made the enterprises disappoint.The ERP application achievement appraisal research implements the ERP system after the enterprise the job performance and the efficiency effect carries on the appraisal and the strategy embarks, inspects the ERP application the influence which the management and the management brings for the enterprise.This article analyzes domestic and foreign in the model regarding in the ERP achievements appraisal correlation research results foundation, makes following several aspects the research work,first uses"the balance in the target system establishment to record the branch customs station"the type appraisal method comprehensively to inspect ERP in each aspect (technical,financial,strategic and so on) whether succeeds, establishes records the branch customs station four dimensions based on the balance th target systems. Next is in the achievements target establishment, uses Analytic Hierarchy Process method,the sructure comparison judgement weight matrix, and produces the computation achievements target the weight computation example. As well as in the synthesis appraisal model establishment, used the gray system theory which Professor Deng Julong proposed to establish the ERP synthesis appraisal model.Finally is by the concrete case, carries on the appraisal using this article establishment appraisal target system method and the synthesis appraisal model to it, obtains the appraisal result.
