Distribution Mode Selection Of Coal Logistics Under Supply Chain Environment

In recent years,the falling of coal market has given considerable pressure to the coal enterprises.The latest statistics show that the supply on China's coal market has seriously exceeded the demand.The fundamental breakdown of the balance of supply and demand is directly connected with the global economic downturn.Although,in order to make the coal enterprises survive and grow in such adverse circumstance,the government has released the “supply-side reform”,which largely reduces the national coal production capacity,the enterprises still need to seek for their own solution,and to walk on their own.Choosing an effective logistics model is very important for coal enterprises' transition and profitabilityThe SC Group,Shanxi Coal Imp.& Exp.Group Co.,Ltd.,has encountered the problem of selecting logistics and distribution mode while its developing new markets actively.In this dissertation,the SC Group's selection of logistics mode is analyzed as an example.The contents of the study include:(1)An analysis of the current situation of the SC Group's selecting of the logistics distribution mode and the future trend of development,based on the systematic study of the supply chain,logistics and distribution theory.From the perspective of the supply chain,a breakthrough point is proposed for enterprises to improve efficiency by reducing the cost of logistics distribution;(2)The influencing factors and weights of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)determined by investigation and research.The influence factors comprehensively include internal factors and external factors from 9 aspects;(3)By using Set Pair Analysis method(SPA),quantitative is transferred to qualitative,in order to make the results more intuitive.A relatively complete set of logistics distribution decision model is established for the easy use of senior leadership;(4)The model is verified by an example of logistics distribution model of the affiliated enterprises of SC Group.The research results can provide a theoretical and practical guide for the selection of reasonable logistics mode for coal enterprises.
