Study On The Supply Chain Organization System Of Coal Enterprises Based On Large Logistics Strategy

The coal industry is very important in our country, however, the existing organizational structure of the coal enterprises isn't basically adapt to the requirements of enterprises' development, so it has became an urgent problem for us to improve the organizational structure of coal enterprises.In this thesis, based on the logistics' development status and trends of the coal enterprises , I find out the overall trends of the reform to the logistics system - that is to set up the large logistics system suitable to coal enterprises. According to this trend of development, taking SMH Group as an example, I make use of the supply chain's theory, the Business Process Re-engineering's theory and the organizational structure's theory to study the coal enterprises' supply chain organizational structure from the point of view of the entire coal supply chain. First, It introduces the characteristics of large logistics strategy of SMH Group and analyses its coal supply chain. Based on the coal supply chain's positioning and its structural features, the demand on the operation of the coal supply chain is that: internal supply chain integration and external supply chain integration. And then based on the analysis about SMH Group's coal supply chain I carry out Business Process Re-engineering. According to enterprise's functions and the coal business process re-engineered I begin to build the supply chain organizational structure; SMH Group's supply chain organizational system is constructed in the SMH Group's interior and external, namely to build a new type of SMH Group's and its affiliated YX Group's organizational structure, and the supply chain quasi-integration organizational system. The conclusion of the study provides a viable method and model to our country's coal enterprises' organizational reform .In this thesis study, it's forward-looking and practical to take Chinese coal enterprises' supply chain organizational structure as a topic original; specific innovation points in this article: it's different from previous research which is mostly limited in the organizational structure ,that it's based on the overall supply chain vision, to set up the SMH Group's supply chain organizational structure based on the new business processes and including the quasi-integration organizational system. It points out that the cooperation, management and operation mechanisms between enterprises play a major role in constructing the supply chain quasi-integration organizational system;the quasi-integration organization management system includes four subsystems: the contract management system, the strategies and strategy coordination system, the risk control and benefit-sharing system and the fnformation-sharing system. It's set up that the model of SMH Group's supply chain organizational performance evaluation.
