Study On The Technology Innovation Management Of Medium And Small Technological Enterprises In Shenyang

Medium and Small Technological Enterprises (MSTE) have played an important role in the economic development of Chinese. At present, the Medium and Small Technological Enterprises of Shenyang are confronted with the greatness challenge with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and the entrance of WTO, therefore the research on the Technology Innovation Management of Medium and Small Technological Enterprises in Shenyang has important theoretical value and practical significance.At present time, the government of Shenyang offers much support to the MSTE in many respects such as capital, information, credit, service. Nevertheless, Medium and Small Technological Enterprises still have numerous bottleneck problems. The main cause of the problem is the weakness of the enterprises internal technology innovation management. The purpose of the thesis are analyzing the actual situations of technology innovation management of Medium and Small Technological Enterprises in Shenyang, using the advanced theories and methods of technology innovation management at home and abroad for reference, seeking the suitable mode of the technology innovation management of MSTE in Shenyang and the measure of strengthen enterprises internal technology innovation management.This thesis makes concrete analysis and exploration on the present situation of the technological innovation of MSTE in Shenyang, uses the literature and the case study, has done deeply research on the feasible method from different aspects of innovation management theory and system science theory. According to the contrast and analysis of the technical innovation models of foreign and Chinese MSTE, this paper provides two models which are suited to Chinese MSTE, and further reveals that the successful operate of model premises the effective management of technical innovation. The author also has proposed some suggestions of strengthen enterprises internal technology innovation management.
