The scientific concept of development requires coordination and integration of the Urban and rural land price, Construction land price and Agricultural land price for establishing a unified urban and rural land market. Being sure of Urban and rural land price integration, we have to eliminate differences between them throughing Administrative, technical and economic means.In this paper, comparative analysis, quantitative analysis, and DSR (the driving force - state - response) model are all used for controlling the Qianxi County District benchmark land price, County agricultural benchmark land price and District-chip integrated land price. The point is dividing land market into Construction and Agricultural land but Urban and rural land.According what mentioned, we can make a scientific analysis as follows: First of all, comparing the Qianxi County District benchmark land price, County agricultural benchmark land price and District-chip integrated land price to each other, we need to definite Urban and rural land price integration through assuming the same market, the same day and the same Bundle of rights. What we do is all for establishing a system of urban and rural land price integration; The second, we can compare the Qianxi County District benchmark land price, County agricultural benchmark land price and District-chip integrated land price to each other, and make comparative quantitative analysis in order to find the distribution of urban and rural land price integration; The third, according the factors system and the appraised of Qianxi County District benchmark land price, County agricultural benchmark land price and District-chip integrated land price, we established D-S-R model and calculated land price system ,and mad a conclusion that it is just a initial coordination because of land price margin and compensation; The last, the land price system can be concordant most of all with D-S-R model basing on integrating Construction land and Agricultural land market.The research of the urban and rural land price integration can provide the government new ideas for urban and rural development.
