Study On Competitiveness Of Agricultural Bank Of Jiangsu Province

Agricultural Bank of China is one of China's four big state commercial banks. How to gain a foothold, adjust business strategy, upgrade the quality of services, meet the challenges, and achieve the space of the development in the competition, is concerned by the finance. In order to win in the furious competition, the agricultural bank of Jiangsu province must seize the opportunity and meet the challenge to strengthen its competitive power. So it is vital to make objective analysis and evaluation on the recent competitive situation of the bank.On the basis of the reviewing on the theory of enterprise competitiveness, the article posed the concept of enterprise competitiveness, explained its nature, main factors and the relation of them. The article makes reviews and simple comments on the analytical method about the bank's competitiveness by scholars from China and abroad. These have offered theory support for the positive study of ensuing chapters. In order to avoid the subjectivity of the index system method, the paper implements factor analysis, and all the data is calculated by SPSS software. Based on the theory of enterprise competitiveness, the paper designs the evaluated index system of bank competitiveness. From the Component Score Coefficient Matrix, we get five major factor expressions calculate the factor scores and then rank them. The article analyzes the realistic competitiveness of the commercial banks, makes detailed comparison between the advantage and the disadvantage of them. According to the requirements of the modern enterprise system, combining the gaps and deficiencies of the commercial banks, the paper finds scientific and effective ways and means to raise the competitiveness of the agricultural bank of Jiangsu province, using the advanced experience of the foreign banks for reference.
