The rapid development of internet, together with the emerging of new technology and concepts brings a great impact on network recruitment industry of China. In order to satisfy customers' experience and demands to the greatest degree, the traditional business model of network recruitment is facing innovation and transformation. During the fierce competition in network recruitment, there is a special business model which is worth paying more attention. It is a new network business model called network headhunting which is combined by network recruitment and traditional headhunting, and the typical representative is www.myhrd.com which is made by www.chinahrd.net.To study if the innovation of this network headhunting business model can bring the continual social and economic value, based on the business model theory of Doc. Wong junyi of Xiamen University, this thesis analyzes its business environment, and further study its value claim, value support and value maintenance.According to the analysis of this thesis, the innovation of www.myhrd.com business model is meaningful. It can bring the continual social and economic value. Its value claim is "Realize the building and sharing of human resources by Web2.0 network platform. Help company to recruit employees more exactly with lower cost and more speed. Make the longer occupation development for the job seekers." But if it can strengthen the measure of value maintenance, it will have more continual and healthier development.As for the measure of value maintenance, this thesis put forth the following suggestions. First, establishing standard register system of mentor. Second, opening the record of mentor. Third, setting up feedback system of complaints and individual information protecting system of job seekers. Fourth, establishing good faith system. Fifth, progressing innovation continually and applying Web2.0 to a deeper degree. Sixth, strengthening the brand construction and enhancing the supplemental value of the brand. Seventh, upgrading the platform of information issued to the platform of customer service. Eighth, strengthening the construction and development of partner teams to enhance their brand loyalty. Ninth, strengthening the exploitation of customers and the management of partners.
