In the process of development and management of modern enterprises,resources are essential.Human,financial resources and materials are all essential for the development of enterprise.With the improvement of enterprise management system and the updating of the concept,human are no longer just the cost,but resource.Human resource management plays a very important role in enterprise management.The "selection,use,education and retention" constitute the four major parts of human resources management.And "election" is the recruitment,the basis for human resources.How to effectively carry out recruitment,select suitable person for enterprise is the key for human resources management and enterprise management to success.R Executive Search was established in 2008,the main business of which is the headhunting services,that is,to help customers to provide talent in high-end positions.As of 2017 R has more than 2,000 employees,90% of which are headhunters.As a light asset industry,R has been able to achieve such a rapid growth,because talent has played a vital role.ZZ branch,as one of the nearly10 branches of R has been established for more than 3 years' time,but recruitment has been not ideal.The quantity and quality of new staff can't meet the development of enterprise.The recruitment job urgently need to improve and optimize.This paper selected the headhunting staff recruitment problems of ZZ branch of R Executive Search to analysis,through literature research,case analysis,survey interviews,data statistic and analysis and so on.The problem of ZZ branch in headhunting job recruitment show as the departmental demand is inconsistent with the company's,the number of effective resume is insufficient,the interviewers' opinion is quite different,the turnover rate of the trial staff is high,and the recruiter lack of awareness of the target.And the reasons for the above problems are the lack of a unified human resource plan,a single recruitment channel,the job requirements is not perfect,the trial period training system is not perfect,and the recruiter lack of supervision and incentives.Through research and analysis,ZZ branch of R Executive Search should take the following solutions to improve and optimize therecruitment job of headhunting position,as develop the human resource plan scientifically,expand recruitment channels,clearly define the job requirements,establish training system in trial period,improve the assessment and incentive mechanism of recruiter.At the same time,this paper also puts forward the safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of the optimization measures from the three aspects including company leadership,the employing department and the human resources department.Through the analysis of this paper,we can provide a set of reference methods and ideas for the recruiting of other branch and other headhunting companies.And also we can bring inspiration and help for the recruitment of other similar positions.
