Performance management is the core problem of modern human resource management and a kind of management tool and means. Effective perfomance evaluation system could help enterprise. Therefore,estabalishing an effective perfermnance evaluation system increasingly gets entperise highly value. Influenceed by the operation enviroment and the changing organization structure, the traditional performance evaluation system,which was oriented by the performance of the results ,has been challenged by this circumstance. Performance evaluation becomes the focus of theory and practice the achievement of entpeprise goal.Firstly,this paper summed up domestic and international literature about perfomance and method of perfomance evaluation. Secondly, analyzed organizatin perfomance evaluatin system of bank of XX structinon from the existing performance evaluation index,the evaluatin principal part and method,the apply of evaluation result,on this basis,pointed out several problems:peromance goals separated from stategy goals;performance indexs and standards exist missing;ingored the team perfomance evaluation;the results were not used effectively;senior leaders did support it enough;lack of effective communication and feedback.Therfore, this paper improves on bank of XX construction perfomance evaluation system ,includes work preparing,desiging and after work,At last, bring forward security measures and tactics;optimize allocation of human resources ,the organization guarantee,establish coporate culture of high performance,establish effective incentive mechanism,establish coiporate culture of high perfomance,establish effective incentive mechanism,form performance evaluation training plan ,establish communication management system,and make perfomance communication effectivly.In short,perfomance evaluation is one of judgement to evaluate enterprise performance.Therefore,in different kinds of enterprises or different departments in one enterprise,the evaluation specific contents and methods would chang at different times .This increaes diffcultly of designing perfomance managment goal and management system.this paper has reference value to improve bank of XX construction perfomance evaluation system.
