Rebuilding the system including the object and content of performance evaluation, the evaluation targets and indicators and the evaluation standard and methods, etc., which focuses on the evaluation index, weight set and evaluation methods.For the construction of index system, from the economy, efficiency, effect, fairness, and environment five aspects to set up the index; Weight is set using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and eventually the performance evaluation results of calculation using the comprehensive scoring method. The purpose of this paper is to build a suitable performance evaluation system of state-owned enterprise of the project, for other state-owned enterprises after the performance of the project is to provide the reference for perfecting the evaluation system.
