Knowledge-sharing Model And Simulation Of Mass Collaboration Knowledge Network On Internet

As mankind has entered the information age, knowledge has become an important resource. The idea of "knowledge is wealth" is well-known. Knowledge management has become an important bracing for technological innovation. However, the distribution of the agents'knowledge is asymmetrical. In the fierce market competition, knowledge asymmetry enables knowledge agents more advantaged, making knowledge-sharing less smoothly. With the development of the Internet, mass collaboration emerges and gradually shows a momentum of widespread using. Breaking away from the traditional concept of intellectual property rights, mass collaboration made use of rules to ensure that everyone involved in the collaboration could share knowledge, so as to achieve a common purpose. Mass collaboration also linked knowledge agents in different areas by sharing ideas and information and exchanging resources, forming a mass collaboration knowledge network on the Internet.Mass collaboration knowledge network broke the pyramid-like structure, changed the hierarchical structure to the network structure. Anyone in the network structure could exchange ideas and information and shared knowledge with each other freely. Meanwhile, it broke the limitation of time and space, the agents around the world could exchange and share knowledge at any time. With the advent of the knowledge-based economy and the rise of knowledge management, knowledge-sharing in different fields or disciplines has become an important issue. Therefore, this paper combines the mass collaboration on Internet, made knowledge-sharing research in mass collaboration knowledge network on Internet.This paper firstly describes the thread of building knowledge-sharing model of mass collaboration knowledge network on Internet. Then on the basis of the literature review, the author classified the knowledge-sharing agents in mass collaboration knowledge network, researched on their features and put the non-life-agent system such as search engines into the knowledge agents. We also analyzed the causes of knowledge-sharing in mass collaboration knowledge network on Internet, including both objective factors and subjective factors. Then it based on the research of the SECI model, the author set up a model of knowledge-sharing in mass collaboration knowledge on Internet. This model including socialization, externalization, combination and internalization process, knowledge-sharing to promote cross-section of the spiral process, as well as feed-forward process and feedback process. This model will help us understand the knowledge-sharing activities of mass collaboration knowledge network on Internet from the macroscopic view. Finally, under the guidance of the knowledge-sharing model, taking account of the factors affecting knowledge-sharing, the author established a mathematical model of knowledge-sharing using the network modeling approach, and programmed to simulate the knowledge-sharing activities in mass collaboration knowledge network on Internet.
