Performance management to the enterprise is the core of HR management. Its implementation is aimed at promoting the development of staff,continuously improving the performance of enterprises and employees to maximize the development of enterprise HR,promoting the accomplishment of corperate strategic objectives.The main problem of current performance management system in Dongguan Taida electronic plastic co.,LTD is that its management process was incomlete, its performance targets setted up under scientification, its performance standards are too general, its implementation of the performance is lack of sustained communication, its appraisal cycle is unreasonable, its result of performance appraisal has large deviation and so on. On the base of the analysis of these issues,reference of successful experience of other enterprise and a certain working principle,full understanding and grasping the development of company objectives and strategic position,accord with the structure of Dongguan Taida electronic plastic Co.,LTD's organization and staff, from the four aspects including performance plans,performance monitoring(the implementation snd guidance of performance),performance evaluation,application and feedback in the results of performance appraisal, this article put forward a more sicientific and systematic performance management programs.In this re-constructed performance management system, as the first secsion of the closed circle , performance plans is not only a two-way communication process of both managers and employees , but also a process that the entire staff should be involved in, and it's the contract that the manager and the employees have reached on the objectives and standards; performance monitoring is the intermediate link between the performance plans and performance evaluation,and play a vital role in the implementation of performance plans and fair evaluation of performance, it require the managers and staff to carry out continuous communication and it also the majoy moments to record the critical events of the staff; performance evaluation is the process that managers and employees use the established reasonable method of evaluation and measurement technology to appraise and evaluate the organization and staff's performance; performance feedback is the various performance management tools that it make the employees understand their level of performance, while the application of the result of performance include the pay adjustment,training,personal career development est..
