Objective, impartial assessment of the overall performance of hospitals, the creation of an effective performance evaluation system, hospitals understanding of the opportunities and challenges so as to enhance the work efficiency of the hospital, enhance the competitiveness of our hospitals, this subject were studied by ways of interviews, expert advice and sample Investigation for hospital performance evaluation system. In science, sensitive, practical and independent principles, infrastructure, patient response, cost-effective, efficient, health care quality, innovation and development capabilities, patient's burden ,a total of seven aspects of 39 indicators of the establishment of a new hospital performance evaluation model . The seven aspects were given a certain weight, set specific two grade indicators and to give the standard scores.we abtain the indicators data of hospital which is surveyed through quantitative methods , according to both the number and standard deviation obtained credible indicators of the limited nature of the indicators, the survey were given a certain level indicator data, and then under the weight of a target and two indicators of the standard integrated obtained percentile scores as a basis for performance evaluation of the hospitals. The results show that calculation method is stability and reliability, and because the collection of evaluation indicators simple, easy, also shows that the evaluation index system is operable. Case study of the use of the Balanced Scorecard, key performance indicators and objectives of management theory, will be an effective cost accounting, quality management, innovation management, response of patients combined with the establishment of the hospital in line with China's workflow and characteristics, in line with the development of health care reform the direction of comprehensive performance evaluation system, aimed at promoting the management of hospital performance and innovation, so as soon as possible merge with the world, contribute to the management of the macro-management of the medical industry.
