| The research results of McKinsey and other world-renowned management consulting firms show that all enterprises of superior performance have excellent corporate culture. With the development of a knowledge-based economy, the role of corporate culture on the rise and fall of business will be more and more important. Therefore, the 21st century competition between enterprises, are at the root of culture competition. After nearly 10 years of rapid development, China's solar power industry has entered a period of full integration, the market on small and large businesses, all kinds of brand cohabitation was highly competitive. The rapidly growing HM Solar Power Group are in the critical period of its development, in urgent need of systematic construction of enterprise culture to new values and concepts to guide the conduct of enterprises and employees, and enhance the adaptability of their own to further enhance service standards and corporate image so as to effectively enhance their competitiveness.In this article, with the study object of culture-building programs of HM Solar Power Group, first of all, starting from the background of the thesis topics, the issue was proposed that the culture construction theory is introduced to the culture-building practice of solar power enterprises after a general analyzing of the theory and practical background of the culture construction. Then a review of relevant theory of culture construction is carried out, in well-defined corporate culture and introduce the main viewpoints related, focusing on reviewing the structure of culture, the impact factors and the implementation of corporate culture, providing a theoretical basis for the culture-building practice of HM Solar Power Group. Next, by using a comparative analysis methods to compare a variety of data of HM Solar Power Group, and utilizing a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to make a qualitative analysis and quantitative research of the status of HM Solar Power Group, the problems existed in the present corporate culture system of HM Solar Power Group and the causes of these problems were identified. On this basis, by using certain design methods, the culture construction program of HM Solar Power Group was designed from the spiritual cultural, institutional culture, and acts culture on three levels of culture systems. Then, steps and means of the culture-building programs implementation, as well as the implementation safeguards was proposed.By researching of a typical new energy enterprise such as HM Solar Power Group, combined with the theory of enterprise culture-building, the culture construction programs and implementation planning was designed to fit HM Solar Power Group in this thesis. It is of great significance to improve the management of HM Solar Power Group to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise, and provide a reference to China's new energy enterprises culture construction theory applied research. |
