Beijing Power Machinery Research Instituteshoulders as a research and production tasks of China’s military industrial enterprises, the specialnature of the special mechanisms of the military industry enterprises and military products, aswell as military, civilian and try double production tasks, Beijing Power Machinery ResearchInstitute Corporate Culture has its own special regularity. Basis for enterprise development onthe cultural construction of the new requirements, combined with the actual situation of theBeijing Power Machinery Research Institute, Institute of systematic investigation of the basiccondition of the building of enterprise culture, in-depth analysis of the problems and needs thatexist in the building of enterprise culture, and to carry out a corporate culture for the nextdesigning, implementing corporate culture strategy to provide the basis for cohesive spirit,increase strength, provide the motive power and support to deal with more difficult challenges.Thesis literature, questionnaires, interviews and analysis research. The study achieved thefollowing results:(1) systematically Chinese spaceflight characteristic culture development, and combiningwith the questionnaire survey to Beijing Power Machinery Research Institute of enterpriseculture present situation, the existing enterprise culture the advantage and disadvantage of theoverall evaluation.Research concludes, Beijing Power Machinery Institute at present in theconstruction of corporate culture incentive mechanism, conception and the dissemination ofcorporate image, brand building and the building of enterprise culture, adhere to thepeople-oriented and promote the combination of core competitiveness of enterprises, to create aworld-class Aviation Power Technology Institute as the goal of carrying out the building ofenterprise culture and other aspects still exist bigger difference.(2) according to the research conclusion and the enterprises are facing the developmentenvironment and development trend of industry analysis, puts forward the Research Institute ofenterprise culture construction’s ultimate goal, target and implementation steps.Studies arepresented, Research Institute of enterprise culture should be combined with the "TwelfthFive-Year Plan", according to "build phase, whole to boost level, deepen and perfect stage" threephases step by step, specific measures include "continued to improve the concept of corporateculture, to carry out systematic training, a unified corporate image and behavior identificationsystem, promote the culture, to build brand, landing construction of platform for thedissemination of culture" in six aspects.In view of the author level is limited, in the space culture and the development ofenterprise culture in the process of combing and back problems and measures analysis, also arenot deep enough, this needs further study to discuss, also invited the experts to generous withyour criticism.
