The Impact That European Directive (Act) REACH Brought To XinBao Company And Corresponding Solution Design

Guangdong XinBao electrical appliances Holding Co., Ltd is an export-oriented company, its customer mainly comes from Europe and America. Among them, the business in European market exerts a great influence on its continuous Sustainable Operation. Laws and regulations issued by Europe are crucial to XinBao's marketing in European market. The REACH directive issued by ECHA gives influence in a wide field; not only chemical manufacturers, but also XinBao and its supply chain are impacted violently by it.This thesis analyzed the influence and impact caused by REACH directive on the basis of description of REACH directive's main contents. It builds up the platform of solution design for responding to REACH directive. On this basis, it discussed what actions should be taken and what direction we should move in the condition of technical development level existing difference between China and developed countries, this thesis also put forward related suggestion about how to respond to REACH directive and spread its achievement in wide field. Based on the research of this article, it makes up the deficiency that responding solution to REACH created by national experts is not tightly combined with company's actual problem. In the other aspect, it designed detailed operating scheme microscopically. It also plays an important role for other company's reference. Thus, this thesis has great value and meaning to related companies for responding to REACH.
