Project Management Research In Mass Production Phase Of Aeroplane Parts Manufacure

Modern project management is one of the hottest management sciences. The study, introducing, and utilization of project management plays a positive role in promoting all kinds of project management activities. By using systematic theories and methods, project management plans, organizes, corresponds with and controls the project and the relative resources, with the purpose of realizing some specific objectives. However, it hasn't been a long time since project management was introduced and utilized. How to use the knowledge of project management in the mass production of big mechanical parts is an actual problem needed to be solved urgently during the practice of management, which is not only needed to be studied in theory.Firstly, this thesis takes the analysis and research of the theories and methods of project management as the start. It sets forth a system of project management theory, especially the project time schedule management, project cost, profit management and project quality management. It also lists several examples of project management practice, illustrates the important guiding function of project management theory towards project management.Secondly, focusing on the project management practice of big mechanical parts mass production, this thesis puts forward the key factors relative to project management, makes an analysis by using quality management theory, and sets up the measures to solve the problems.Then, by means of analyzing the real status of project, particularly the use of project management methods in practice, this thesis indicates the irreplaceable effect of using project management theories and methods in big mechanical parts mass production.Finally, this thesis makes a summary of the management measures in big mechanical parts mass production, and outlooks the utilization of project management in the future.
