However, due to the following reasons, this study still has certain limitations.First of all, the main purpose of this study is an interview with the staff of agricultural enterprises in Jilin Province, because of its generally low level of education, although in the pre-interview process, we learned from the agricultural enterprises in Jilin Province the way the language of employees, but paid in the course of large-scale questionnaire to collect the data error will inevitably arise.Secondly, although our study is the main agricultural enterprises in Jilin Province staff, but for the convenience of sampling, our survey only focused on the enterprise in Changchun City. Its representation is still required further study.Third, we used multi-item scale from the general scale, scale abroad, although in the data analysis to be a good reliability and validity, but for the quality of agricultural enterprises scale loss of staff, as a result of agricultural the specificity of employees, still required in the future related to the development of the scale.Fourthly, according to Wang Zhong-ming (2004) theory of ADS, from the people - the post - organization fit perspective, the ability of staff as the stage of organizational change and change. With the deepening of the reform of agricultural enterprises and agricultural enterprises, the staff changes in the structure of work tasks, the quality of agricultural enterprises and employees of the relationship between performance should be subject to change, follow-up research should pay attention to these changes.
