Financing Channels And The Use Of Practice Analysis For Grid Enterprise In China

Innovations in grid enterprise's financing channels have been regarded as an effective funding solution.Through this solution it effectively resolved the problem of grid infrastructure lagged behind power generation that was hindering the sustainable development of power sector in China.Fund shortages were a major constraint,and a lack of financial channels contributed to such fund shortages.Under such circumstance, this paper analyzed the institutional framework and operational model of grid industry investment funds in China,which was based on the theory of modern corporation financing structure.Basing above work,this paper established the financial evaluation indicator system and evaluation modeling to complete the grid enterprise's financing capacity evaluation.Using this system,this paper analyzed the financing capacity of An Xi Power Supply Company,which characterized small and medium-sized grid enterprise. In drawing conclusions,the grid industry investment funds could be regarded as an appropriate financing channel to An Xi Power Supply Company.
