Research And Implementation Of The Power Grid Enterprise Information Investment Contribution Rate Model

Currently, the application level of enterprise informatization, as an important indicator of national economic development, has been given more and more attention by enterprises, and attracted increasing investment year by year. The power grid enterprises, which play a crucial role in constructing fundamental infrastructure, have always been taken seriously and expanded their informatization investment year by year as well. With the gradual expansion of the power grid enterprises’ informatization investment scale, the demand which to make quantitative understanding on investment contribution rate of grid enterprise informatization and help companies make scientific and rational investment decisions becomes increasingly urgentOn the basis of studying and analyzing relevant theoretical knowledge at home and abroad, this thesis makes in-depth research and analysis of various investment factors of grid enterprise informatization and of action mechanism in each investment factors, puts forward the contribution rate model based on the Cobb-Douglas production function (CD production function), and develops contribution rate system for power grid enterprise informatization investment using today’s mainstream development framework. The system not only achieves a flexible construction of contribution rate related indexes but guarantees the integrity and rationality of data quality through the index data validation. Eventually the system calculates the concerned index data with investment contribution rate model to obtain quantitative results.The system also contributes to realize the auxiliary analysis function of contribution rate by making fine-grained analysis of the index data to better achieve decision support for enterprise investment-The development system employs multilayer architecture of J2EE, bases on the realization of component architecture technology and manages to be constructed using iBATIS+Spring+Flex Framework.This system provides more scientific and reliable evaluation results of the contribution rate for enterprises, better reflects the operation efficiency of grid enterprise and thus furnishes support for enterprise investment decisions leading the investment decision-making to a new level. At present, the system has been put into use, well validated its practicality and efficiency and maintained good promotional value.
