The Application Research Of The Balanced Scorecard In The Real Estate Multi-invested Enterprise

In view of the operation and management of real estate multi-invested enterprises,and on the ground of analyzing the theory and practice of Balanced Scorecard as well as management by objectives and evaluation by key performance indicators,the thesis is to discuss the construction and implementation of the performance measurement system centering round Balanced Scorecard applicable particularly to the real estate multi-invested enterprises in China.Based on the experimental study of the organization and long-term objectives of Jia Mei Real Estate Com,Ltd.,this paper,first of all,puts forward the design, target and principles of the performance management system centering round Balanced Scorecard,and then applies the system to Market Development Center to construct its system of evaluation indicators,the respective weighing value of which is determined by means of hierarchical analysis model,and finally,as a natural conclusion,introduces the concept of performance management with emphasis on strengthening such links as performance planning,performance communication and performance feedback.
