As China’s real estate market matures, increasing competition, real estate companies tomaintain position, improving performance management in an increasingly competitiveenvironment, it is imperative. Because, the drawbacks of traditional enterprise performancemanagement system is increasingly clear, can not meet the needs of the modern enterpriseperformance management, and the emergence of the Balanced Scorecard to break thislimitation, it is through financial indicators, customer targets, indicators of internal processes,learning and growth targets these four aspects of the implementation of the corporatestrategic objectives timely and accurately evaluated. Therefore, the balanced scorecard andour research enterprise features combined with performance management of real estate notonly theoretical significance, but also has a certain value.In this paper, Shenyang Kun Tai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referredto as "Kun Tai Company") for the study, the status of its performance management, problemsare analyzed, pointing out to build its performance management system, and based on theBalanced Scorecard theory of its performance management system was designed, discussedthe countermeasures of its performance management system implementation. Paper isdivided into six parts, including: the first part is an introduction, describes the backgroundand significance of this research, research, research methods. The second part is thetheoretical overview of the theory and introduced the Balanced Scorecard performancemanagement theory. The third part is the Kun Thai company overview, status of performancemanagement, performance management, problem analysis. Construction of the fourth part,including design ideas, strategy map drawing, based on the index system of performancemanagement to build the balanced scorecard, performance management system embodimentKuntai corporate performance management system. The fifth part of the expected results kunThai companies to assess and implement safeguards Balanced Scorecard performance management system. The sixth part is the conclusion.Through the use of the Balanced Scorecard to real estate enterprise performancemanagement system to build in order to achieve the performance of human resourcesmanagement strategic significance and position in enterprise management. I hope throughthis study can enrich the Balanced Scorecard performance management in human resourcesin the real estate business to establish a rational human resource performance managementsystem of play value with the reference value.
