Research On Balanced Scorecard Of Application Of Performance Management In The Real Estate Enterprise

Performance Management is a complete system and the core of human resources management which in order to improve the performance of employees and is to achieve organizational performance, which will links staff and the development of enterprises . At the same time, performance management will also be elevated to the status of the strategic level. At present, the Balanced Scorecard is a very effective strategic tool for performance management.In this paper, from the performance management theory and the Balanced Scorecard theory, I will analyze the real estate business strategy and performance management system in-depth using methods of combination of theoretical study and practical by telephone and face-to-face interviews. Drawing on the successful experience of performance management implemented in business, to set up performance management model of the core, with the concrete practice of performance management of the real estate companies, I will apply Balanced Scorecard which is a comprehensive performance management tool to the real estate enterprises, making enterprises strategic objectives together with the work of the department act. Based on extensive research and analysis of the characteristics of the real estate business, I will design indicator system including financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growing, evaluate and score for all indicators, and then use AHP to weigh indicators, to empower the KPI indicators fairly .finally, build a complete system of scientific indicators. Hoping it will provide a valuable reference to high-level managers and human resources staff engaged in real estate companies in their performance management practices. And provide a specific model and example for real estate companies to use the Balanced Scorecard to improve management performance right.
