Research On Risk Management Of Power Project

Risk management is a new subject which was highly developed in the past twenty years,and starts to be comprehensively apply to all kinds of projects recently.Since there are a lot of risks in the power project,which have different kinds of performances, so if an enterprise knows the risks deeply and makes an integrative analysis of them, then develop the proper estimate,in other words,apply the risk management to the power project process,the financing will be successful.This paper mainly includes:Firstly the common process of risk management was concisely analyzed;then based on the managers' different risk preference,a math's model was set up to measure risk;finally by providing an example,various material risks included in this example was studied up on and the numerical value of them was calculated,and then some measures to avoid risks was offered in virtue of the numerical value of the risks.It is expected that power project goes more smoothly with the help of risk analysis.
