Power projects with a capital-intensive , high quality and safety requirements,and the supporting of equipment,long construction period,construction units and so the quality varies. Therefore,the risk of electrical construction projects greater direct result of the project's economic decline,and may bring risks to the safety in production,thereby producing a devastating economic consequences.
