| With the development of economic development,project management is becoming more and more important in the society.The three major objectives of project management are the time,cost and quality management.Time and cost management are closely related to each other.The comprehensive optimization of time and cost,namely the time-cost optimization problem is very important in project management,which is of great significance in theory and practice.At present,the study of the time-cost optimization is generally in the CPM network,and the traditional CPM network is not in line with the actual situation of the project.The study of time-cost optimization is extended from the traditional CPM network to spliced network.The time-cost optimization is put forward.The time-cost tradeoff can be conversed into the spliced network bases on the nature of the spliced network.Then the network is simplified, and the problem is solved initially.The feasibility of the algorithm is proved to be true.This study will be helpful to enrich the theory of spliced network,and also broaden the research space of practical problems in project management. |
