With the development of China's economy,the project construction industry is also more and more prosperous,the industry competition is more and more intense,construction construction units in the face of such fierce competition in the industry,the need to continuously enhance self-technical ability and business management Level,do the project cost control and schedule and optimize the management.Therefore,the construction enterprises for their own characteristics,do the project cost schedule management in the construction industry can occupy an important position.First,we will elaborate on the relationship between cost and schedule in project management and the research methods and research basis of project progress and cost control in project management.Secondly,the main part of the Zhongguancun one project,for example,Zhongguancun One project project overview,and understand the Zhongguancun one project in the cost of each stage and the duration of the situation,analysis of Zhongguancun One project cost and the relationship between the progress,(WBS),organizational structure design,the responsibility distribution matrix of the construction personnel and the parameters of the duration of the work,and then use the P6 software to draw the time scale according to the parameters of the working breakdown structure and the duration of the work.Network progress chart and Gantt chart,then,on the Zhongguancun one project to a reasonable schedule.And then according to the project cost of the project,construction and installation costs to calculate the cost plan.Then,we will use the marginal cost method to optimize the project duration and use the earned value method to control the cost of the project.We will optimize the marginal cost analysis method for the schedule of dissatisfaction with the target duration,find out the key route,Looking for the least cost of compression work,the minimum cost of the project to a certain duration of the compression.The basic parameters of BCWS,BCWP,ACWP and the calculation of CV,SV,CPI and SPI are calculated,and the earned value curve is drawn to evaluate the cost of the project and the corresponding measures are made.Based on the use of marginal cost method in Zhongguancun No.1 project,it is very important to use the earned value method to control the cost.It is of great reference value for large and medium construction unit construction project.
