Performance management is a developing strategy oriented process.Connecting work performance of departments or employees with overall objective of enterprise through closed-loop management,performance management can stimulate continuous promotion of work performance,so as to promote the joint development of both enterprise and employee.Referring to amount of documents as well as successful practice and experience of relevant enterprises,this article analyzes and meditates performance management situation of Lanfang Power Supply Company.Using relevant theories such as Balanced Scoring Card,Key Performance Realm,Key Performance Indicator and Agenda Tree,and considering the Company's practice,the article designs a scheme for the Company's performance management,which takes construction of three structures and one system as paramount.The article also expects implementation effect of the scheme,and makes an outlook for performance management of the Company in the future.It hopes to upgrade the Company's management level and integrated strength progressively by improving the scheme constantly.Generally speaking,the scheme reflects a character of unified action and adequate communication within the Company. |
