Basing on reference and absorption of the present achievements of performance appraisal, the paper innovatively proposed the Performance Appraisal Method based on enterprise process through the comparative analysis of different performance appraisal methods.This performance appraisal method is not only more scientific,more fair and more convincing,but also useful to break the boundaries between departments.It incarnates the new thought of taking process as the center and the wider eyeshot of lateral integration.The paper discussed the principles of the performance appraisal method based on enterprise process,including the background,the appraisal pattern,the cope of the application and the advantages.Next,it illuminated impiementation process of the performance appraisal method based on enterprise process and several issues that must be dealt with rightly.Finally,the paper introduced the application of SCOR Model in process analysis and the establishment of performance indicators.
