The Human Resources Management Status Analysis And Countermeasures Research Of TSDL

Power system is an important national basic industries and public utilities, is related to national energy security, economic survival, related to each country's people's livelihood. Power system reform started, China's electric power system production has been intensive over the last pure, extensive management to production technology-based industries, Management-intensive industries, in this reform process, human resources development and management will play an irreplaceable the leading role. Accurately grasp the current status of power system of human resources, seek to strengthen and improve human resources development and management of an effective way to face power system has become the most urgent task. Internal mechanism in the power system reform process, some power companies'human resource management has shown a considerable, with the current market situation faced by businesses not suited to the problem.This article describes the existing problems of human resource management in the electrical industry and analysis the current situation of TSDL first, setting TSDL as the study case in power systems, then analysing in depth the present condition of human resources management problems in power systems. Research summarizes the primary problems existed in TSDL and the main reasons, points out the hierarchy strategy model to improved the situation of human resources management. As the forth part of this dissertation, the researcher advances many reasonable proposals from the selection, performance examining, training compensation management and reward inspire, provides a new theory for the future human resource management of TSDL.
