The Research On The Development Of Science And Technology Services Industry

With the economic development and scientific advances,Science and Technology Services Industry,which provides scientific and technological services as its main features is becoming one of the fastest growing fields.From the status of scientific and technological development in our country,due to a late start,there are some problems.For example,the size of science and technology agencies is smaller, having weak competitiveness,lacking of a group of strong agencies with core competitiveness and so on.Most of science and technology agencies are scattered,not the formation of industrial clustering.Jiangsu Province is madding great efforts to develop science and technology industry,in order to promote the regional innovation system,improve the capability of independent innovation,and build an innovation-oriented province.In the beginning of its development,guiding science and technology service to industrial agglomeration will be beneficial to the region to enhance the capacity of independent innovation and promote regional economic development.This article first discusses the definition,classification and characteristics of Science and Technology Services Industry,and then to demonstrate the industrial agglomeration is necessary,including upgrading the competitiveness of industry, promoting effective service industry supply and demand,promoting scientific and technological services of fast growth and development and strengthening independent innovation capability in the region and so on.Secondly,though the comparison of the development of science and technology services industrial development at home and abroad,experience has shown that we must attach importance to intelligence sources of science and technology services area gathered,enhance scientific and technological services and high-tech industry interaction,create a good environment for innovation, and play in the right concentration in the process of the formation of the district.This paper builds the evaluation system of science and technology services industrial development,and takes thirteen cities of the Jiangsu province as empirical research. Finally,according to statistical information of Jiangsu,the author makes some recommendations to speed up the development of Science and Technology Services Industry from the status.
