Since entering the 21st century,the global level of computer information network technology at an alarming rate of rapid development,WeChat,blog,Ins,Twitter and other social platforms not only limited to the daily recreation,but also palying an ignoring role in the people work as the value of the media,as well as endless stream of professional work exchange system platform and mobile APP,are greatly changing the traditional concept of working on the exchange of ideas.At the same time,the Internet-based virtual team form is also used by managers in all walks of life,in recent years,the study of the virtual team in the academic community has also been the attention of scholars at home and abroad,how to manage this dynamic virtual organization in a changing environment,so that enterprises have better performance and development direction,which are worth studying and expanding the field.In the context of the special formation of the virtual team,knowledge has become a team of a core competitiveness,improve the level of knowledge management of the virtual team,but also on the output and influence of enterprises play a huge role.The existing literature shows that the research on the virtual team involves the enterprise performance,enterprise structure design,inter-organization communication,enterprise development direction and scale,etc.,often use the existing mature theory as a basis for building a new situation under the enterprise management Theoretical model.Based on the theory of social network,this paper explores the relationship between the knowledge absorptive capacity and the effect of communication between groups in the virtual team,which provides a unique perspective to analyze the knowledge absorption problem in the virtual team.This paper first draws on the existing research results,introduces and defines the important concepts of virtual team,trust,social network and so on,then discusses the application of social network in knowledge management,establishes the virtual team knowledge absorption model based on social network,Knowledge and absorptive capacity of the relationship between the characteristics of the virtual network and the effect of communication relationship between groups.The first part and the second part of the paper respectively illustrate the methods of this study,combing the existing research results and research theories,and lying the groundwork for the formulation of the follow-up papers and the construction of the model.The main body of the paper,The relationship between the virtual team,the absorptive capacity and the information dissemination is analyzed and verified,and the absorptive capacity of the model is analyzed.Finally,according to the results of verification,from the perspective of managers and virtual team members,respectively,put forward some suggestions to improve the level of knowledge absorption and information dissemination of virtual team recommendations and methods.The analysis shows that:(1)the relationship between the strength of the virtual team and the network density and knowledge absorptive capacity is positively correlated,that is,when the team shows strong relationship,high network density,the team members are more likely to have a strong knowledge absorption capacity.(2)the stronger relationship between the virtual team,the better effect of the spread of information between groups will be,the study found that the virtual team's ability to achieve the same level of absorption and utilization of the digestion and utilization of the whole process;(3)In the process of the interaction between the virtual team and the information effect between the groups,the knowledge absorptive capacity plays an intermediary role in the process,that is,the relationship between the strength of the virtual team through the influence of knowledge absorptive capacity on agreed Information Propagation.Through the research of this paper,on the one hand,we can contribute to the research field of virtual team knowledge management in China,and provide some theoretical and empirical basis for the future practice of virtual team knowledge management.On the other hand,social network analysis and the introduction of information dissemination mechanism into the field of knowledge management,interdisciplinary research,can provide a new perspective for knowledge management research.
