Resource Leveling Optimization Of The Network Planning

At the first the paper aims at the resource balance optimization of a single resources network planning.A function used for evaluating the balance optimization of resource network planning is established and the resources variance is selected to be the evaluate index sign.The improved PSO is used in the paper.The case Study verify that the contents of the article was easy to operate and can be transplantedSecondly a function which is used when the use of resources is in the dynamic conditions is established.The case Study verify that the function can better optimize the resource leveling of network planning.The resource mean square deviation of network planning is selected to measure the balance of resource.By the 2-norm is being introduced into the objective space R~n,a function used for evaluating the balance optimization of multi-resource network planning is established.
