In recent years,the speed of survival of the fittest in the field of real estate has obviously accelerated,and the differentiation and restructuring among enterprises has further intensified.The industry has undergone a major reshuffle,showing that the stronger the stronger,the weaker the weaker.Adequate talents are the magic weapon for real estate companies to win in such a fierce competition environment.In addition,Hainan Province is located in the South China Sea and surrounded by the sea,the human resources are relatively scarce,which objectively increases the intensity of talent competition between enterprises.How to have a team of talented people who can "snap,fight,and win" is of vital importance to enterprises and is also a top priority.It is particularly important that adopt the scientific methods to clarify the needs of the company's personnel,to ensure sufficient quantity,and use effective evaluation tools to establish enterprise talent standards,to ensure reliable quality,besides,cooperate with the company's impeccable human resources system to stabilize such a talent team.The enterprise's human resource planning is the core plan to solve the contradiction between the company's talent supply and demand,it is attached to the company's business strategy,and the lack of strategic human resource planning is a passive water.Taking the Hainan Project of Company A as an example,the current human resources planning has the following problems: Firstly,the lack of policy analysts leads to the inability to anticipate the policies to be promulgated in advance.After the introduction of the new policies,the company has fallen into a relatively passive situation;Secondly,the demand and supply forecast are unreasonable,resulting in a serious shortage of the total number of personnel,and a serious lag in the talents supply;Thirdly,the ability of personnel training is seriously inadequate,and personnel training almost stagnates;Finally,the welfare system is not mature,can not guarantee the ultimate realization of the company's human resources planning.Firstly,this paper introduces the human resource planning theory such as talent demand,supply and standard.And then,starting from the problems existing in the current human resources planning of the Hainan Project of company A,combines with the external environment of the company,comprehensively utilizes Delphi method,the experience evaluation method and model inference method to scientifically predicts the company's future human resources needs.Then based on the analysis of internal talent inventory and external talent supply,predicts the ability of talent supply.Uses the established competency models of important positions,nichetargeting select the talents that meet the development needs of the company in terms of the "quantity" and "quality" of talents;In the end,through a series of human resources safeguard measures,jointly achieve the dynamic balance of the company's human resources demand and supply,provide the necessary and sufficient talent guarantee for the company to achieve long-term development goals.
