Research On Indices System And Comprehensive Evaluating Method Of Electricity Market Operation Rules

Along with the gradually deepening and development of electricity market reform,the operation system of electricity market has become more and more complex impacted by more additional factors.Only the operation rules that satified the characters and structure of electricity market could guarantee a reliable,stable,orderly electricity market as well as the profits of market participates.Therefore,based on the deep analysis of contents and characters of electricity market operation rules,this paper established the framework of evaluating indices system for the electricity market operation rules which contained the following aspects:reliability,stability,economy and environment protection.Then this paper proposed the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model that was combined with AHP method and fuzzy mathmematics,and introduced the steps to evaluate electricity market operation rules by using this model in detailed.In the end,this paper calculated the evaluating progress through a simulation example,in order to setify the scientificity and feasibility of this proposed indices system and comprehensive evaluating method.
