| In the background of international economic development,the international maritime trade volume is growing with high speed.In order to increase cargo handling capacity,ports in the world are expensing and reconstructing,which results the growing competition among ports.As for coastal ports,in order to achieve greater throughput, they need to extend the business to supply of goods hinterland.Therefore,how to strive for broader economic hinterland and supply of goods tends to be the most concerned thing for port operators.In recent years,building inland ports with inland city has gradually been an important tool for occupation supply of goods hinterland.Construction of inland port can expand the port's economic hinterland,increase their throughput,improve their participation in the supply chain,and achieve multi-win among ports,inland cities,cargo owners,transport companies and so on.Inland port is a new field of study,its research work is in the initial stage,and the location planning issue of inland port is one of the most important and most basic issues affecting the development of inland port and efficiency of inland container transport network. Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the study of inland port location planning.This paper firstly introduces the definition,function,classification and development status quo of inland port.Secondly,establishes a new model which is genetic fuzzy clustering model applied to the inland port location.Then,researches north-eastern regional inland port location issue from the view of level of regional economic development,regional traffic and transportation environment,the port enterprises preference,and makes a result with MATLAB.Finally,proposes north-eastern regional inland port construction and development objective that is to build the northeast regional specialization and radiative inland port network,measures and recommendations of how to promote the development of north-eastern regional inland port is also given. |
