With the growth of container traffic,competition between ports has become increasingly fierce.In order to achieve the inland accessibility of the port and win vast hinterland resources,dry ports came into being.The construction of the dry port conforms to the strategic concept of the “Belt and Road” and serves as a logistics hub to help inland regions participate in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and quickly integrate into global competition and cooperation.Although the construction of dry ports has greatly supported the economy of the hinterland,the blind investment,repeated construction,and disorderly competition caused by the boom in building ports have made dry port construction deviate from the overall plan,and there is also a lack of effective connection and cooperation between cities and ports.Therefore,the rational layout of dry ports and the realization of linkage development between dry ports are the key now.The Northeast region is an important link in the “Belt and Road” strategy that connects countries to communication and cooperation.In order to build a blueprint for regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia and serve international trade cooperation in Northeast Asia,provinces and cities in Northeast China actively responded to the national call to speed up the construction of dry ports based on regional advantages.Based on the above background,this study takes the construction of dry ports in the Northeast region as an object and discusses the model for selecting the location of dry ports in the Northeast region.Provide theoretical reference and technical support to relevant departments on future development issues.Firstly,the study expounds the concept of dry port and the construction status of the port in Northeast China.In view of the natural geographical factors,socio-economic factors,transportation and infrastructure factors,and government policy factors,the index system of the factors affecting the layout of the port is constructed.On this basis,in view of the current problems of repeated port construction,disorderly competition,environmental pollution,etc.,in order to achieve the least cost,the most profit,and the low degree of pollution,the establishment of a multi-objective planning site for the northeast region.The model is solved by genetic algorithm to get the best location plan.Secondly,through the calculation of urban gravity in the location results,the social network analysis is used to form a reasonable core-to-edge northeast regional inland distribution network,analyze the role of each port city in the dry port layout network,and put forward reasonable suggestions to achieve the linkage development between land and port.
